- Minimum age for ATV is 6 years old.
- Minimum age for horseback riding is 5 years old. Younger participants must be accompanied by a guide throughout.
- Children aged 3 to 6 must complete the zip line tour accompanied by a certified guide at all times.
- Closed-toe shoes are mandatory for ATV and zip lining. Sandals are not permitted on these activities.
- Participants should be in reasonable physical health. Guests with heart conditions, back injuries or pregnancy should consult their physician before booking.
- Medium difficulty rating, suitable for most fitness levels. No prior experience required for any activity.
- Sunscreen and insect repellent are strongly recommended. Apply before departure.
- Guests should inform the guide of any medical conditions, injuries or physical limitations prior to departure.
- Cameras and phones are welcome, secure mounting or bags recommended for ATV segments.
- All safety equipment (helmets, harnesses) is provided and inspected by certified staff.
We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy for tours and day experiences: cancellations made 7 or more days before the tour date receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 48 hours and 6 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled experience are not eligible for a refund, although exceptional situations may be reviewed individually.
No-show reservations are charged in full. Guests are granted a complimentary waiting period of up to 1 hour after the scheduled pickup time; beyond this period, the booking will be considered a no-show.
Tour rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Guest safety is our priority. Experiences canceled by Wild Papagayo due to unsafe weather conditions will be rescheduled whenever possible. If rescheduling cannot be arranged, a full refund will be issued.

Yes. Your Wild Papagayo experience is reserved exclusively for your group, private vehicle and private guide, no shared buses or other travelers added to your group.
Yes. Private pickup and return are included from Papagayo, Playa Hermosa and Playas del Coco. Pickup from other Guanacaste areas is available, exact pricing depends on your hotel location.
The full experience takes approximately 6 hours, combining all three activities, depending on your pickup location and traffic.
The minimum age is 6 for ATV and 5 for horseback riding, younger participants must be accompanied by a guide throughout. Children aged 3 to 6 can complete the zipline accompanied by a certified guide.
No, this is a half-day excursion and does not include a meal. Bottled water and snacks are provided.
