- Leave all jewelry and metal valuables at your resort. This includes rings, watches, chains, earrings, and bracelets.
- Wear old swimwear or dark clothing you don't mind getting muddy from the volcanic treatment.
- Pack a change of clothing and a small towel for after the hot springs.
- Trail shoes or closed-toe shoes are recommended for the forest sections.
- Please inform us of any dietary restrictions for lunch at booking.
We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy for tours and day experiences: cancellations made 7 or more days before the tour date receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 48 hours and 6 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled experience are not eligible for a refund, although exceptional situations may be reviewed individually.
No-show reservations are charged in full. Guests are granted up to 1 hour after the scheduled pickup time before a no-show is recorded.
Tour rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Costa Rica's tropical weather can change quickly. This tour includes several outdoor stops across forest and geothermal terrain.
Tours normally operate in light rain, but safety always comes first. If conditions prevent an activity from operating safely, our team will contact you to discuss the available options, including rescheduling.

Yes. Your Wild Papagayo experience is reserved exclusively for your group, private vehicle and private guide, no shared buses or other travelers added to your group.
Yes. Private pickup and return are included from Papagayo, Playa Hermosa and Playas del Coco. Pickup from other Guanacaste areas is available, exact pricing depends on your hotel location.
The full experience takes approximately 8 hours, including the drive and all four stops, depending on your pickup location and traffic.
